I’m sure everyone who attended your presentation at REBNY yesterday was blown away by the many unknowns you discussed concerning credit reports. I am certainly one of them and left feeling that my eyes had been opened enough to know that a mediocre credit report does not necessarily signal that someone is a lost cause (a.k.a. lost deal!).
